A valid driving licence held for at least one year, and your CNIC (or passport for overseas Pakistanis). Upload both through the link texted to you after booking — verification takes about a minute.
Daily plans include 100 km/day; weekly and outstation bookings over 3 days are unlimited km. Any km beyond your plan is billed at a flat, fixed rate shown before you confirm — never estimated afterward.
Yes — Karachi, Punjab and the rest of Pakistan are fine on any plan. M-9 motorway toll is included on weekly and monthly bookings; on daily bookings it's billed at the actual toll receipt amount.
Call the roadside number in your booking confirmation. A mechanic reaches most locations within Hyderabad and along the Karachi route in about 40 minutes; if the car can't be fixed on the spot, we send a replacement or refund the remaining days.
Free cancellation up to 6 hours before your pickup time, refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. Inside that window, one day's rent is held to cover the reserved car.
